A visit to Cake International 2008 is essential for all those who love cake decorating,
people in the trade, sugarcraft groups and students.
We welcome interested people from all over the world to our show and hope that you will be able to join us this year at Cake International 2008. Tickets for the show are cheaper in advance so don't forget to buy them at least one week before the show. A two day ticket is also available (in advance only).

Cake Craft and Decoration magazine
The editorial team from Cake Craft and Decoration magazine will be on hand to spice up imaginations and offer support and encouragement on all the latest cake decorating techniques and finishing touches.
Live Final - The PME & British Sugar Icecraft Trophy
Finalists from the Regional Semi Finals will go on to compete at the LIVE Grand Final held at Cake International on Sunday 16th November.
Finalists will be required to create a new, original decorated cake to fit within a 38cm (15") square in two hours.
Runners-up will have the opportunity to create their cakes on Saturday 15th in a special new live feature area at the show.
Taste of Sugar
It's Quick & Easy with 'A Taste of Sugar'. Dawn Gemmell and her team from University College Birmingham offer this hands-on drop-in workshop especially designed for newcomers to the craft.

We are delighted to welcome Bart Van Vliet, a marzipan specialist from the Netherlands together with two well-known sugarcraft specialists: Marcela Sanchez from Brazil and Jill Maytham from South Africa .

Come along Sunday morning 10.30-12 and meet the Cake Competition Judges for some friendly advice and tips.

The British Sugarcraft Guild will once again be providing support and inspiration to all its current and potential new members with a wonderful display, competitions, Demonstration Forum and Membership Area.

Cake Decorator's Kitchen
The Cake Decorator's Kitchen is organized by Knightsbridge PME and British Sugar and sponsored by Stoves and Kenwood. Lively, mouth-watering demonstrations will be on show throughout the two days. The students helping in the kitchen this year are from the University College Birmingham.
