Our International Guest at Cake International in London is Kelvin Chua from Vinism Sugar Art.
Kelvin Chua is a sugar artist and also founder of Vinism Sugar Art. Now based in his home country, Malaysia. He conducts sugar craft workshops in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Jakarta and Melbourne. He aims to promote and stimulate interest in Sugar craft and share his knowledge and ideas in cake decorating.
Enjoy the two Demonstration Theatres with some of the greatest sugarcraft and cake decorators from both home and abroad. Shesto/Cassie Brown's Cakes will be showcasing airbrushing and special effects; C.I.Rosgar.eu will demonstrate the latest rolling pin techniques and textures; Ann Pickard will show you how to model animals and people from sugarpaste; and the Paul Bradford Sugarcraft School will demonstrate how to create unique and stylish sugarpaste handbags.

The Cake Craft & Decoration Magazine team, led by Editor, Julie Askew, will display some of your favourite cakes that have featured in the magazine over the past year. The team will be on hand to offer advice and will try their best to answer any questions you may have so pop along and say hello!
