There will be over 90 exhibitors selling all the very latest cake decorating supplies and products with an array of cutters, moulds, hand tools, mats, cold porcelain and equipment, boards, stencils, sugarpaste, chocolate, ribbons, veiners, books and much more. There is something for everyone, from beginners to the expert sugarcraft artists.

Cake Craft and Decoration Magazine

The editorial team from Cake Craft & Decoration Magazine led by Editor Julie Askew will again be supporting the show, displaying cakes from the magazine over the past year. The team are always on hand to offer lots of tips and advice and answer all those burning questions!

Authors Area

Come and meet authors and cake decorators Tal Tsafrir, Alan Dunn & Maisie Parrish who will all be demonstrating at the show and signing copies of their books. Here is your chance to meet them and ask all those questions you have wanted to ask and discover their top tips and ideas!

The Cake Decorators Kitchen

The Cake Decorators kitchen is organised by Knightsbridge PME and is sponsored by KENWOOD. Demonstrators Elaine Haines and Lisa Slatter will be in the Cake Decorators Kitchen each day of the show with lots of mouth watering demonstrations. Click here for Timetable

A Taste of Sugar

A hands-on, drop-in workshop with Dawn Gemmell and her team from University College Birmingham who will be offering a workshop especially designed for newcomers and juniors to the craft

British Sugarcraft Guild

Members of the British Sugarcraft Guild will be on hand throughout the show with a selection of BSG goods on sale. Guild experts will be offering free advice on various aspects of sugarcraft, plus displays from around the regions, membership area, dedicated competition classes, plus the popular Demonstration Forum hosted by industry celebrities. Full details of the Demonstration Forum will be available here shortly.

Birmingham Regional British Sugarcraft Guild - Tropical Rainforest Display

The British Sugarcraft Guild Birmingham Group, who are celebrating their 25th anniversary this year, are working on a sugarcraft Tropical Rainforest featuring a large coloured parrot with wings out-stretched. Click here to find out more.

Ellen's Creative Cakes

Read about Ellen's Creative Cakes coach journey from Holland to Cake International 2009 with their competing cakes on board! The group are planning to come to this year's show and will be bringing a display of their cakes for visitors to see! (adjacent to the Catering & Seating area)

Judges Forum

To enable you to understand how the judges have arrived at their decisions they will be available to discuss your results on Sunday morning from 1130 until 1300 in the competition area.
