Cake Demonstrations - Full Programme
The following Demonstration Tickets for Cake International can be booked online. You will need a show ticket to Cake International to be able to take part in the Demonstrations. Scroll down to see the full list available but please make sure, when booking, that demonstrations do not clash with each other. Demonstrations last 45 minutes and it is important to arrive at the correct Demonstration Theatre 10 minutes before the start.

Please note - any children attending the Demonstrations must be seated during the demonstration. If they require a chair, then you must purchase a ticket for them. Buggies etc are not allowed into the Demonstration Theatre.

Please note that cake demonstration tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable, so do make your choices carefully ensuring that times don't overlap so that you are able to get to each one in time.

Alan is an international author and master of sugar flowers, who travels worldwide providing demonstrations and teaching sugar flower making. He will be showing the techniques used to create an exotic orchid in this demonstration. Alan's demonstrations are always very popular, book early to ensure a seat.

From contemporary artist to sugar artist, our international guest, Kelvin Chua from Malaysia, is going to demonstrate painting on a cake using some very basic tools and materials from the cake decorators palette - brushes, edible paste colours and royal icing.

Carol will provide a fun demonstration in sugarpaste of characters from her latest book 'Fabulous Partycakes and Cupcakes'. Carol is an expert in design and construction of character cakes and has written many books on this subject, join her for an interesting demonstration with lots of hints and tips.
