The Chilstone Ice Garden

Following the success of their award-winning show garden at the 2011 RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Chilstone of Tunbridge will once again be joining forces with Simon Sutcliffe from How Green Nursery to create an amazing 'Ice Garden' at the show. Using several of the unique features from Chelsea, as well as the exclusive work of the renowned Sculptor Jane Robbins, there will be an original planting scheme to reflect the beautiful colours of these stunning sculptures. There will also be some other surprises in & around this special garden created exclusively for the Weald Of Kent Craft Show.

Birds of Prey Display

Exciting Falconry Displays each day of the show from The Hawking Centre, based in Kent and owned by popular falconers and television presenters Leigh and Jo Holmes. An exhilarating flying demonstration from some of their amazing birds from Owls, Hawks, an amazing Tawny Eagle and the worlds fastest creature the Peregrine Falcon, plus an entertaining commentary and lots of crowd participation - the children will love it!

Family Craft Workshops & Rural Craft Demonstrations

The Family Craft Workshops & Activity Area is all about having fun where your kids can try various creative crafts such as Painting on Ceramics, Making their own Paper, Stamping, Card making, Making their own Corn Dolly or just getting their faces painted! There will also be a plethora of Rural Craft Demonstrations for the whole family, bringing back the skills of yesteryear in this unique setting.

Penshurst Place & Gardens

Why not combine your visit with a trip to the stunning Penshurst Place & Gardens after you have finished at the show. Penshurst Place is a beautiful historic family home and gardens, with a unique medieval Baron's Hall, Staterooms, intimate Tudor Walled Gardens, Adventure Playground, Toy Museum, Woodland Trail, Garden Tea Room and Gift Shop. Ready to Take the Bait? Fly Fishing Demonstrations

Qualified Fly Fishing instructors James Marcheselli and Rob Barden from Live & Let Fly (www.liveandletfly.co.uk) will talk you through the basic techniques of casting, backed up by easy-to-follow practical demonstrations showing you exactly how it's done! About Chilstone of Tunbridge Wells

Chilstone of Tunbridge Wells have been established for 59 years and operates from a beautiful 35 acre site in Langton Green, 4 miles from Penshurst. Their garden ornaments are handmade in reconstituted stone by a special process, to ensure a finished texture virtually indistinguishable from natural stone. The lucky winner of the competition will be able to chose from a stunning range of Chilstone garden ornaments which includes urns, Jardinières, sundials, birdbaths, fountains and so much more.
